Kanye West is suspected of felony attempted robbery after a brief dust-up with a paparazzo at LAX, according to TMZ. At the airport, "five photographers started shooting pictures of him and one of them was over the microphone and was saying stuff to him," a witness tells the Los Angeles Times. The rapper "seemed like he was getting offended."
West apparently tried to take a photographer's camera, and a video shows him wrestling with the man, who was later hospitalized. The victim is hoping to press charges, insiders tell TMZ; the site says the photographer was injured, though sources to the Times say there was no indication he was hurt. Still, paramedics were summoned to the scene, the Times notes.
