In court papers filed today, X17, the owners of X17online.com, seek over $7.5 million in damages for Lavandeira’s infringing activities.
Mr. Lavandeira has been featured in countless magazines and newspapers and has appeared regularly on various television news outlets in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. GQ listed him in their Man of the Year issue; the AP and the LA Times have profiled him; the New York Post called him one of the 25 most powerful Latinos and he has appeared on almost every major U.S. network commenting on the day’s entertainment headlines. He is said to be shopping around a reality show and he is set to appear on MTV’s New Year’s Eve special. “Perez” claims he receives 2.5 million unique visitors each day on his website.
Mr. Lavandeira has regularly infringed on X17’s large scoops. While it usually takes weeks of effort by a team of photographers and reporters to break a story, for Mr. Lavandeira, it has been as simple as a right-click.
Mr. Lavandeira is profiting through advertisements on his site (one-week ads on his site go for between $9000 - $16,000) and has gained relative fame from the success of his blog, which, X17 contends, is due in large part to the quality and quantity of celebrity images he posts on his site, many of which are owned by X17.
X17 is repped for advertising by Gorilla Nation, the world’s largest online ad rep firm. As X17 made its foray into the world of celebrity blogs, they sought out Gorilla Nation to represent them to the brand marketing community. Gorilla Nation was excited to take on X17online.com as the first and largest celebrity photo agency to start their own website to allow the public direct, free and immediate access to the biggest stories in Hollywood, told with the most sought after images of the stars.
The Holiday premiere
November 30, 2006, 7pm
Tented arrival area with somewhat cooperative PR.
A-list was placed right after the outside shooters creating a long pap pit.
We did have a few shooters leave, as we were stacked a solid two rows deep and spots were limited. And we had to rip open the tent for ventilation.
Everyone posed. Kate with droopy hair, a stern Jude and a VERY leggy Cameron.
PR was even nice enough to give us a cast shot of Kate, Jude and Cameron.
From my reports there were 18 people on the list at 11am.

Paris Hilton Caught Up in Paparazzi Fight
The socialite’s bodyguard attacked a photographer
By: Entertainment News Staff
Paris Hilton and Bijou Phillips were caught up in a fight outside Los Angeles hotspot Mood on Wednesday night, according to Contactmusic.
The socialites were leaving the famous club after partying with Bruce Willis, Eddie Murphy and Lindsay Lohan, when they witnessed a clash that broke out in the street.
Hilton's bodyguard attacked a photographer who got too close to him; he pushed the man to the ground, yelling, "Don't ever touch me."
Paris tried to stop the conflict by signing photographs from the front seat of her silver Bentley, before driving off.
The 22-year-old wannabe actress is the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotel chain. With homes in Manhattan's Waldorf-Astoria, Beverly Hills and
the Hamptons, she is a notorious jetsetter and socialite.
Paris has posed for such publications as GQ, Vanity Fair and FHM. She has also actively contributed to numerous fashion circles, often collaborating with top designers like Tommy Hilfiger, Joey and T, Heatherette, Richard Tyler and Jeremy Scott at their shows.
She has also tried to enter the movie business. In 2001, Paris made a cameo appearance in Ben Stiller's film Zoolander. Hilton’s additional film credits include roles in the Kate Hudson movie Raising Helen, Nine Lives and Wonderland with Val Kilmer. She also appeared in the feature The Cat in the Hat with Mike Myers and Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, with Kate Bosworth and Topher Grace. She is currently filming a horror movie titled House of Wax. Her recent TV appearances include NBC's Las Vegas and FOX's The OC.
Paris Hilton's TV show, 'The Simple Life', has been recently canceled by Fox.
According to a statement released on Wednesday, the network declared that the main reason they canceled the fourth season of the show was because of their stacked schedule.
"At Fox we have a unique midseason situation," the network said. "We're enjoying solid performances by our returning shows and we've also already ordered full seasons of Prison Break, Bones and The War at Home. Collectively, we did not see a place for The Simple Life on our schedule this season."
Woody Harrelson Chokes Paparazzi
The actor got very violent when a reporter from tmz.com tried to videotape him
By: Elena Gorgan, Entertainment News Editor
'Unfortunately this is not the first or the last time the paparazzi have provoked an incident with a celebrity. Mr. Harrelson is evaluating all of his legal options
against the photographer'. This is how Woody's publicist's statement sounds like.
The incident occurred this Thursday, at about 10.30 PM, outside the club 'Element', a favorite among celebrities. Harrelson came out accompanied by three women and two other men and were almost immediately surrounded by a handful of photographers. The actor asked them (nicely, at first) to stop shooting and, soon enough, an altercation started between him and a reporter from tmz.com.
Harrelson, seeing he is not listened to, lashed out directly for the paparazzo’s neck and chocked him, after smashing his camera on the ground. When the reporter stopped a police car and told them about his near-death experience, the officers just refused to hear his story and drove off.
The photographer went straight to the police section, where he filed a complaint against the actor, liable now to be found guilty of vandalism, assault and battery. The police are currently running an investigation but evidence against the actor is pretty strong, as other cameramen have the whole struggle on tape and it comes out pretty obvious that Harrelson was the assailant and it wasn't just the reporter's fault, trying to pick up a fight with him, as the publicist is claiming.
Kate Hudson Tells Paparazzi to Back Off From Her Son
The actress is annoyed when her son is being photographed
The beautiful daughter of Goldie Hawn admits that being a public person means being constantly followed and photographed by the paparazzi, but she is adamant when it comes to her
son being given the same treatment from the press.
Hudson is married to the Black Crowes front man, Chris Robinson, and together they have a two-year-old son, Ryder Russel.
Recently, the child has been the object of a lot of media attention, mainly because his mother likes to dress him up and braid his hair as if he were a little girl.
Mad at the photographers for the great interest they show in Ryder, Kate went public and asked them to back off. The actress said: 'The only thing that bugs me is my son. When people are taking pictures of your kid, he doesn't know what he wants. He is two-and-a-half years old. He doesn't choose that and I think that's unfair. I try not to focus on it too much for his sake because that could be dangerous'.
Hudson had her own share of media attention as a child, as she grew up as the baby girl of one of Hollywood's most famous actresses. Besides, her step dad, actor Kurt Russell, whom she considers her real father, always insisted on not having his picture taken while in the presence of his children. And the paparazzi always did as he bid them to, which is why she now resorts to the same method.
Paparazzi Photoshopped Nicole's Photos
For the last time, Kidman is not pregnant!
By: Elena Gorgan, Entertainment News Editor
Ever since the Oscar-winning actress hooked up with country singer Keith Urban, the couple has been constantly plagued with stories about a pregnancy. And the tabloids just went
on and on (every two weeks, Nicole made the headlines with a 'baby bump'), until the two newlyweds felt compelled to take a stand.
Yesterday, Kidman's representative, Catherine Olim, came straight with the story, infirmed that her client is pregnant and claimed that the photos recently published were Photoshopped by the magazine that acquired them.
According to 'The Australian', a magazine called 'New Deal' paid approximately $20,000 for the pictures that were supposed to show the slender actress with a bit of a bump. When they saw that she was as svelte as always, the people from 'New Deal' had the images altered to show exactly what they wanted them to show.
'[I'm] Afraid they wasted their money. [Kidman's] not pregnant', Olim said about the pics. She then added that Nicole wouldn't be 'shooting a film, traveling to Rome for another film, and then shooting ANOTHER film if she were [pregnant]'.
As argument for being so sure that the Aussie is not with child, Olim brings her own testimony: she has seen Nicole with her very eyes. 'Incidentally, I'm virtually certain paparazzi are distorting photos to make her look pregnant. I've seen her, she's her regular slender self'.
Ashlee Simpson Flashes Paparazzi
The singer seems to be suffering from the Paris syndrome
By: Elena Gorgan, Entertainment News Editor
And we add another 'lady' to the list of famous women who don't know how to get out of cars. Or who wear too short skirts and don't know how to keep them down; whichever
you think Ashlee fits in.
The playback star recently adopted another hair-do to set her apart from older sister Jessica and a new, more sensual and erotic image. Ashlee even became a model for one of the most important women's lingerie companies, Victoria's Secret and she did a fine job until now.
The only thing that just doesn't feel right about the sexier-than-ever Ashlee are the granny panties she sported a few days ago at Hyde in Los Angeles and which she was kind enough to show to the entire world.
The singer came dressed in very short and very tight skirt and a moment's inattention led to the paparazzi hurriedly taking pictures of her inner thighs and underwear. Sure, the big bosses from Victoria's Secret won't be too pleased when they'll see what their model is flashing...
Anyway, this was a first for Jessica's younger sister and she may be excused. But, if she's not careful next time or won't pay enough attention when getting out of the car, she will definitely end up like... well, just take a look at Paris Hilton's numerous public flashings and you'll know exactly what we're trying to say.
Jackie Chan Tearfully Protests against Paparazzi
The actor took part in a silent protest against 'indecent' photos taken by paparazzi
By: Elena Gorgan, Entertainment News Editor
The actor and many other tens of people marched the streets of Hong Kong in a silent rally headed to the government's headquarters. The protest was sparkled by some pictures
of the singer Gillian Chung (of the famous duo Twins), taken with a secret camera hidden in her dressing room.
The photos were published in the weekly tabloid 'Easy Finder' and more than 1,700 complaints have already been filed against the publication at the Obscene Articles Tribunal. The institution deemed them 'indecent' and an investigation is currently underway to see whether the magazine's editors will be placed under prosecution or not.
Jackie said that, though he understands that public figures are always prone to a great share of media attention, this time, the paparazzi have violated even the most basic rules of privacy and decency. The photographs show the performer adjusting her bra straps backstage, unaware that her picture is being taken.
Chan said that besides infringing on private space, such newspapers as the one in question are sending all the wrong messages to the teenagers, by implying that it is OK, for example, to enter the girls' bathroom and take pictures of them in their underwear.
'As public figures, we should allow our pictures to be taken. If we crash our cars when we’re drunk, it serves us right. People should scold us. But for a girl to be photographed when she’s in a changing room, such a private place, is despicable behavior.', the actor said. He then made a tearful plea to consumers: 'I hope people don't buy such indecent magazines'.
Can't believe set is surrounded by loser paparazzi - not Canadian - all American and European...Leave us alone!!! They are being super idiots!!! Yelling rude stuff. They need to really go home! What is the big deal? All these big hairy men attacking us girls. A-holes!!!
Wow things are silly here in Vancouver. We’re innocently shooting our movie. So many photographers and creepy camera phones....
This is Canada - it can't be Canadians. Paparazzi were shouting out "no wonder you can't keep a relationship together" to Denise. Something happened and computers fell over the edge. Thank god no one was hurt. It bounced off floor and pieces went everywhere, from what I hear. I didn't see it...I was too busy yelling at my producer for something else that got leaked out in press. Normally I don't care. But I feel protective of Denise - I can relate. If it were me I would've thrown the photographers over the edge- they got lucky.
Meanwhile the movie is super hot. We already have a 1200 theatre release date of around May 25th. Very exciting..... The crew is always cracking up and so am I - hard to keep a straight face. Kevin and John Farley are hysterical. And cute!
Anyway. I'll keep up my diary. Really the show is behind the scenes....ha

Newly single star BRITNEY SPEARS stunned paparazzi in Hollywood on Friday (24NOV06), when she went clubbing with PARIS HILTON without wearing any underwear. Censored photographs of the panties-less Spears stepping out of a car outside West Hollywood's nightclub Hyde appeared in today's (26NOV06) British newspapers. Hilton has been spotted partying with socialite PARIS HILTON in Los Angeles and Las Vegas over the past seven days - just weeks after filing for divorce from husband KEVIN FEDERLINE.
STEFANI'S 'BIZARRE' PAPARAZZI STATUS
Singer GWEN STEFANI finds it "bizarre" her everyday life is thought to be interesting enough to fill up gossip columns - even though she reads celebrity magazines herself. The HOLLABACK GIRL star gave birth to her first child KINGSTON with husband GAVIN ROSSDALE in May (06), and when pregnant found herself under siege from the paparazzi. She says, "I got caught up with the whole celebrity pregnancy thing. For an entire year, I had people outside my house, waiting for me to come out. "I am like anyone who enjoys a nasty bit of gossip. Like, don't let me open one of those magazines because I can't put them down. We're all addicted to it - it's gross, but it's entertaining. But I'm the one who has to live it. "In LA, there would be mornings where I'd be sleeping with my French doors open, in the heat, and I'd be woken up by chatter. "I'd look out and there'd be these guys in lawn chairs, hanging out, having a coffee, ready to chase me around all day. "Like, wow. Who am I? What happened? That's a bizarre life, isn't it?"
How Do the Paparazzi Sell Their Pics?
An introduction to the celebrity photo game
By Daniel Engber
A paparazzo photographer crashed a minivan into Lindsay Lohan's sports car on Tuesday; he now faces a possible charge of assault with a deadly weapon. The next day, Cameron Diaz filed suit against the National Enquirer for publishing a candid picture with the headline "Cameron Caught Cheating." How do the paparazzi sell their photos?
Most turn their snapshots over to a celebrity photo agency, which in turn sells them off to the highest bidder. (Some paparazzi do work independently or start their own agencies.) A typical deal gives 60 percent of the proceeds to the photographer and 40 percent to the middleman. If the photographer used information from the agency—such as, say, "Lindsay Lohan will be driving an SL65 coupe near the Beverly Center at rush hour"—the agency might take an additional 10 percent. That extra money often goes toward paying off inside sources such as bodyguards or personal assistants.
The word "paparazzi" comes from the celebrity shutterbug in Fellini's La Dolce Vita. Today, the term is often used to distinguish between reckless star-chasers and more conservative photographers who work official events and studio shoots. (These conservative types sometimes call their competitors the "stalkerazzi.") There are plenty of agencies that represent paparazzi—some of the best-known in Los Angeles are MB Pictures, Bauer-Griffin, X17, and Splash News.
Agencies try to sell pictures within 24 hours. The agency crops the images, adds captions, and wires them in digital form to publications around the world. (Sometimes these are sent in low resolution or with a watermark to discourage freeloaders.) Typically, a different deal gets cut for every country; the biggest players are the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. A publication will typically buy exclusive rights to print the photo for a few months.
Celebrity magazines and tabloids will also commission agencies to get certain pictures. If the editors at People wanted a shot of Denise Richards coming out of the hospital with a baby in her arms, they might offer photographers a few hundred dollars a day.
Publications often bid against each other for exclusive footage, and prices can get very high. Pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the beach are said to have gone for $500,000 (though some paparazzi claim the actual figure was half that). The value of a photo depends on the story behind it: Shots of Denise Richards with her baby, for example, are worth more because of her separation from Charlie Sheen. Details are also important: An image of Denise smiling would be worth considerably more than a bland-faced equivalent.
With about 150 paparazzi in Los Angeles alone, it can be hard to find a photo that no one else has. If everyone gets the same red-carpet photo, it might only fetch a "space rate"—about $75 to $200, depending on the size of the published image. Exclusive shots net a great deal more, whether they're taken by the most aggressive paparazzi or a more austere agency like WireImage. An exclusive shot of a celebrity, taken by invitation in his or her home, can be worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Kevin Federline doesn't like the media - and the hate is mutual.
Kevin Federline recently declared himself the most hated man in America.
While on stage at Hollywood's House of Blues recently, K-Fed screamed, "F**k the media, f**k the paparazzi. Maybe because I took their queen I am America's most hated."
Earlier this week, K-Fed was the butt of jokes at the American Music Awards, at which Britney Spears presented an award nomination, while K-Fed's look-a-like doll was booed.
Britney Spears filed for divorce from Federline this month citing irreconcilable differences and since then K-Fed has been blamed for the breakup by the media and fans.
Since the split, there have been rumors the 28-year-old former dancer has been trying to sell a four hour sex tape of him and Britney Spears, but later he has denied the tape ever existed.
The couple have both filed for custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
K-Fed reportedly wants at least $6 million from his ex-wife, despite signing a prenuptial agreement.

Matt Damon has a genius plan set to keep the paparazzi away from him. He is determined to appear as “a dull persona” and as boring as possible whenever he gives an interview.
As newkerala.com mentions, the “Bourne Identity” star revealed that he was "actively trying" to avoid all the publicity that has dodged his every step for better part of a decade.
"I've worked very hard in interviews to portray a very polite and boring person. I'm actively trying to get away from the over-exposure that happened eight years ago," said Damon quoted by Contactmusic.
Damon, who became a first-time father in June this year when wife Luciana BozBarroso gave birth to the couple's first daughter Isabella, hates press conferences.
The only time he will willingly appear in front of the cameras, is when he's promoting his newest film.
The reason why Hollywood hunk not often gave interviews is because the only thing they do is "hurt" an actor's career.
"The only thing a celebrity can do in one of these articles is hurt their own career. If I give you a really good interview, am I going to get a movie out of it? F**k no! So what's the argument for saying anything, unless you have this rampaging need to please?" also said Matt.
Hilary Duff has found a way to fool invasive paparazzi.
Duff recently told Jane magazine, that if she's ever arguing with boyfriend Joel Madden and the photogs are trying to snap pictures, they'll just smile and laugh pretending everything is okay. Duff says the couple will forget they were fighting in the first place.
WOW...she's VERY clever.
Now why do we care about her?

ROME - Poised with his camera outside Rome‘s elegant Hassler hotel, the so-called King of Paparazzi is waiting to get a shot.
"The Dolce Vita is back!" Rino Barillari exclaimed triumphantly, referring to the 1960 Fellini movie that coined the word "paparazzi" and gave the world the image of the glamorous Swedish star Anita Ekberg splashing around Trevi fountain.
It‘s Friday — five days since Tom Cruise first landed in Rome ahead of his highly awaited, Saturday wedding with Katie Holmes , expected to take place at a 15th-century castle in the lakeside town of Bracciano, 27 miles north of Rome.
On Wednesday, at last, Cruise and Holmes left the hotel for a late-night visit to City Hall, sending paparazzi chasing after them on motor scooters through the capital‘s streets.
"I got some good pictures," Barillari said cheerfully in a telephone interview.
His Web site features the logo, "The King of Paparazzi," and his battle cry is "War is war!" His subjects have included Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, Marlon Brando, Frank Sinatra and Peter O‘Toole.
"This is the wedding of the century. In the whole world they will be demanding the most beautiful pictures," Barillari gushed.
VIP guests who have been spotted in Rome in the past couple of days include Jennifer Lopez and her singer husband Marc Anthony , Will Smith , Brooke Shields , Jim Carrey , and soccer star David Beckham and his wife, Victoria.
The good news is there is money to be made merely by getting pictures of some of Cruise and Holmes‘ guests, Barillari and other photographers said.
Still Barillari insists "the good times are back," citing as well this year‘s inaugural Rome Film Festival, which brought such stars as Cruise‘s ex, Nicole Kidman , to the Italian capital.

Blood streamed down the face of "Celebrities Uncensored" paparazzi guru E.L. Woody after a late night argument turned violent outside of Area nightclub in Hollywood.
It all went down as Brody Jenner exited the club, smiling and waving to waiting shutterbugs. While Woody photographed him, a random clubgoer approached and began shouting, "What are you doing? You don't need to shoot him, leave him alone." According to Woody, the man then broke a microphone off of another photog's camera.
Woody says he quickly approached the attacker and told him that he would have to pay for the damaged camera. That's when things got bloody. According to Woody, the man then grabbed another mic and smashed Woody in the face with it, opening a bloody gash above his left eye.
Private security quickly threw the alleged attacker in handcuffs and tossed him in the back of a security vehicle, while a battered Woody screamed at him. "Look what you did to my face? If you can't handle your liquor, you shouldn't be out! I don't care who you are, you're going to jail!"
E.L. Woody is scheduled to undergo a CATscan at a local hospital and will get stiches later today. Woody tells TMZ he will definitely file charges.
Rome basked in Hollywood glamour on Friday as paparazzi gave chase to Tom Cruise and his bride-to-be Katie Holmes, along with a jetload of celebrity guests, ahead of their wedding on Saturday in a lakeside town north of the Italian capital.
"La Dolce Vita returns to the Tiber" and "Hollywood decamps to Rome" read Italian newspaper headlines, reviving memories of the 1950s and '60s when the Eternal City teemed with film stars.
A medieval castle in the lakeside town of Bracciano, 40 km (25 miles) north of Rome, has been tipped as the venue for Saturday's wedding, although seasoned showbusiness watchers do not rule out a last-minute change of plan to outwit the media.
"I just came to have a good time in Italy," American movie star Will Smith told reporters after landing at Ciampino airport on Friday.
Jim Carrey, Jennifer Lopez, Jada Pinkett Smith, Brooke Shields and "Mission: Impossible III" director J.J. Abrams are among the guests already here for the nuptials. John Travolta, who shares Cruise's Scientologist faith, was also expected.
Shields, who last year had a public spat with Cruise as he criticized her for taking medication to treat post-partum depression, braved the waiting photographers for a shopping stroll around the Spanish Steps.

Despite Lohan's scrapes with the paparazzi, she understands why they do what they do, noting that their photos can sometimes help careers.
"They don't drive me crazy," she said. "It's fine if you're going to follow me. … But don't run red lights. You're going to hurt someone."
"They either love you or hate you," she said about her relationship with the media.
Kevin Federline took advantage of his "fame" in Toronto when he had a paparazzo buy him a pair of sneakers. Following his appearance on MuchMusic, which was attended by a sparse crowd, KFed made a trip to a shoe store and decided on a particular pair. Eyeing the photographers outside the shop, Mr. Spears waved one inside and said, "Buy me some shoes." The photog agreed, and handed over about $120 for the kicks.

The actress was accused of hurling two laptops from a balcony at the River Rock Casino and Hotel on Wednesday, hitting two elderly women below.
The incident occurred after two photographers tried to snap pictures of Richards by gaining unauthorized access to the set where she's filming a movie with actress Pamela Anderson.
The 90-and 81-year-old women were sitting in the lobby when the computers hit them on their arms, causing minor injuries.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police Cpl. Peter Thiessen says it's not in the public interest to bring criminal charges.
He says the photographers, Richards and her management company have agreed to settle the matter civilly regarding the damages to the photographers' laptops.

Academy Award winner Russell Crowe has blasted the media for portraying him as a violent man.
Though he admits that he has made many mistakes in the past, he insists that he is not as regularly involved in fights as the media depicts him to be.
Crowe, who was arrested last year for assaulting a hotel employee with a telephone in New York, expressed frustration over reports on his fights with paparazzi.
"There is a lot of just intentional misinformation, as well. I''ve never had a fight with a photographer, for example, but you can find hundreds of articles on the net which will list me fighting with paparazzi, something I do apparently on a regular basis,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
"But that''s just not true. I just don''t bother letting it bug me anymore, and because it doesn''t bug me, in this odd way, it happens less," he said.
Meanwhile, according to reports, Crowe has revealed that he was shocked while shooting for ‘American Gangster’ in New York, as the film’s police supervisor was the same one who had taken his mug shots after his arrest in the telephone assault case.
Crowe was arrested and charged with second-degree assault in connection with an incident at the Mercer Hotel where he threw a telephone at a clerk, who refused to help him phone his wife in Australia.

Hollywood actress Denise Richards got in a scuffle with a paparazzi photographer Wednesday in Vancouver, where she is shooting her new film "Blonde and Blonder."
A laptop computer was hurled and a senior citizen was injured during the bizarre clash, according to reports.
Richards, whose on again, off again relationship with actor Charlie Sheen has been targeted by the tabloids, was filming a scene at the River Rock Casino Resort in the Vancouver suburb of Richmond.
According to eyewitnesses, Richards spotted two unauthorized photographers shooting pictures from a balcony, and stormed upstairs to confront them.
"At one point Denise was observed to grab the laptop of one of the photographers and throw it over the balcony. The laptop hit on the way down an elderly woman on the arm," eTalk gossip blogger Elaine (Lainey) Lui told CTV Vancouver.
The 80-year-old woman was only slightly injured, according to witnesses.
Cpl. Peter Thiessen, a media relations officer for the Richmond RCMP told People magazine that officers were called to the casino.
He confirmed Lainey's report, saying Richards threw the laptop off the balcony, after which it "struck an 80-year-old women in a wheelchair. It struck her in the arm. She was not interested in pursuing criminal charges and suffered only minor injuries."
The River Rock Casino Resort told CTV Vancouver the photographers did not have permission to be on the premises.
Richards was interviewed by police, along with her costar, B.C. native Pamela Anderson, about the incident.
The film production company agreed to pay for the damages to the photographers' computer, Thiessen said.
A representative of the Blonde and Blonder film told People there were no serious injuries and the event was getting blown out of proportion.
Filming was reportedly halted for an hour because cast members were upset about the incident.
"Blonde and Blonder" is described as "Legally Blonde" meets "Dumb and Dumber."
Lindsay Lohan was involved in her third car crash in two years on Tuesday after being rear ended by a paparazzi.
The actress was uninjured following the incident and was able to drive her black Mercedes away after the 2am crash.
A source told the New York Daily News: "She was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash. But she later pulled over and called a friend to pick her up."
In 2005 Lohan was involved in two similar incidents which resulted in new laws being passed in California to make paparazzi liable for more damages.
Pop diva Madonna got a bruise on her cheek after being shoved by paparazzi at London's Heathrow airport over the weekend, while she was holding her adopted son David Banda.
Madonna returned to her home in London from New York City after spending a week there promoting her latest children's book, "Too Good to Be True," along with her U.S. TV concert special.
"She had the baby in her arms when it happened," TMZ.com quoted a source close to the singer, as telling People magazine.
"When she landed in London, there was a lot of pushing and shoving. She was jostled around. She got hit in the paparazzi's commotion," the source added.
However, the singer's 13-month-old son, whom she is in the process of adopting from a Malawian orphanage, was not hurt in the scuffle.
"Thank God the baby is OK," said the source.

By LINDA STASINovember 8, 2006 -- THEY travel to exotic locales to photograph the most fa mous celebrities in the world. They stay at the finest hotels - and only "in season" mind you - carrying thousands of dollars in the latest and greatest camera equipment.
No, I'm not talking about the royalty celebrity photographers like Annie Liebowitz and Bruce Weber. I'm talking about their black-sheep, backdoor cousins, the paparazzi.
BBC America's new documentary series, "Paparazzi," focuses on Big Pictures, the photo agency owned by Darryn Lyons, a big Aussie bear-of-a-guy with a giant multi-colored hair extensions that combine in a tragic mess of mullet-meets-Mohawk.
The series takes us inside the high-wire lives of "paps," who will go any distance, take any chance and get right up in anyone's face to get the million-dollar shot.
Think "People," which paid $4.1 million for the first pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's baby, Shiloh.
Lunatic multi-millionaire Darryn rides his shooters hard and refuses to accept defeat. Like a big game hunter, he won't rest until his guys bring home the hides.
In this case, the game they are stalking are celebs - the bigger the celebs the bigger the price tag.
While stalking Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas in Barbados, for example, the Big Pictures guys were hoping for a hot shot of Zeta-Jones in a bikini with her much older hubby walking the beach.
When that failed, they followed a tip that the couple would be dining at a certain restaurant. Big deal, a couple coming out of a restaurant for dinner - right? Wrong. ... READ MORE HERE!

I guess we we'll all be on Britney watch...
Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline.
Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences." In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple's two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
As for money, sources tell TMZ the couple, who married in Sept. 2004, has an iron-clad prenup. Not surprisingly, Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She's also asking the judge to make each party pay their own attorney's fees.
Spears gives the date of separation as yesterday, the same day she flaunted her incredible revamped physique during a surprise appearance on David Letterman's show. Sources tell TMZ there was no single reason for Britney pulling the plug, rather, it was "a string of events."
Spears has hired powerhouse celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has repped a number of celebs, including Angelina Jolie, Nick Lachey and Kiefer Sutherland. We're told Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe asked Wasser to rep both of them in their split, but Wasser declined for personal reasons.

I just received an email that VH1 is interested in casting some of us for a 'reality paparazzi' show. I've attached the email that I received so you can read it for yourself.
If anyone is interested, email me and I will send you the contact name and number.
This show is a straight up fly on the wall look at the daily life of the paparazzi. We call it observational documentary. The ins and outs, what's at stake to get that perfect shot, the pressure to be the one hot off the press, etc, etc.
There are no surprises, vote-offs, cast-offs or eating of the innards required.
We are looking for outspoken, articulate, fun, hip, energetic photographers that have a passion for their job. High marks if we can get a female.
If you have any questions, concerns about me, my experience, our production or any other please feel free to call me or write back.
We need to cast this ASAP.....
