Alec Baldwin has run-in with photographer in New York City

Alec Baldwin has had another dust-up with paparazzi, being photographed Tuesday as he pinned back a grimacing photographer's arms, pushed him against a car and reached around for the man's camera.

The scuffle with freelance photographer Paul Adao took place outside The Grey Dog cafe on University Place in Greenwich Village, near where the Emmy Award-winning "30 Rock" actor lives with his wife, Hilaria. "All I can say is, I was doing my job, asking him normal questions, and he flipped," Adao told TMZ.com. "That's all."

TMZ, which is unaffiliated with Adao, said Baldwin and his wife, who had their first child Friday, ducked into the cafe to avoid the photographer. Shortly afterward, the altercation took place on the sidewalk outside.

Police were called, but "nobody got hurt" and no police report was filed, NYPD Lt. Karen Anderson told ABC News.

Adao told Newsday he could not comment. Baldwin's spokesman also declined to comment.

Baldwin has fought with paparazzi before, including tussling with New York newspaper photographer Marcus Santos in June 2012.
