A British photographer is considering taking legal action against Hollywood superstars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie after he was violently grabbed around the neck by the couple's bodyguard.
Sam Relph was outside the couple's hotel in the city of Pune in India when he claims the bodyguard ordered him to stop following the couple.
The unidentified man then grabbed Mr Relph by the throat and pushed him along the pavement.
The incident was captured on film by an Indian cameraman.
Two Indian journalists also complained that they had been threatened by the same security guard.
Pitt and Jolie are in India to shoot scenes for a movie about the life of slain journalist Daniel Pearl.
The couple had gone on a rickshaw ride around Pune with their son Maddox.
But they were followed by photographers and cameramen, forcing them to turn back after 20 minutes.
